Publishers publish books for the education community: textbooks for ITT
students and practical books for teachers in schools. Our publishing meets
the needs of the community, focusing on curricular, pedagogical and
organizational developments and DfEE/QCA/TTA requirements. The strength of
the list lies in the rapid publication of accessible texts of high
quality. We aim to publish books within 4 months of receiving the final
manuscript. We commission academics from HEIs to write our textbooks,
while our practitioner texts come from a variety of sources including HEI
staff, teachers, LEA trainers and advisors.
