Return Policy
The customer will receive full refund, if the return is a result of our
error. Book/s purchased from www.vivagroupindia.com can be returned only when:
Book/s which was not ordered were supplied by mistake or
Book/s were received in damaged conditions or
Book/s were received after 15 days of placing order
Such cases must be brought to our notice immediately after receipt of book/s by
emailing to onlineorders@vivagroupindia.net and book/s so returned must be received
by us within 15 days from the date of online ordering. In the case of book/s returned
that were received after 15 days of placing online order, such book/s must be received
by us within 7 days of receipt of the book/s.
Book/s so returned must be properly packed and must be received at our end in the
same condition it was sent and if received in damaged condition, no refund would
be made.
We do not replace or exchange the book/s that has been purchased.
No courier charges refund would be payable by us for return of book/s by customer
as book/s were sent by us by courier at our cost.
Customers are requested to accept the conditions placed by us before proceeding
with the return.
Refund Policy
Full refund would be made for the book/s ordered from www.vivagroupindia.com only
when the book/s are returned as per the Return Policy.
Order cancelled after placing orders & intimated to us before we have dispatched
the books
The customer can cancel an online order by emailing immediately to onlineorders@vivagroupindia.net
so that dispatch of the book/s can be stopped. In place of the book/s ordered the
customer can email us any other book/s either of the same value or more. If the
value of the books so chosen is more than the online order originally ordered, we
shall let you know the difference amount to be paid to us. Book/s would be dispatched
only after the difference amount has been received by us.
The book/s that has been purchased from any of our showrooms located in 8 cities
in India cannot be returned online. Such returns and requests for refunds have to
be made manually at the showroom from where the book/s was purchased.
